Gainesville is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Gainesville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

First visit after Archer closed, worth the drive, food was great and two girls in front [K'yo and Maddie] who served us were very π professional, friendly and everything so clean and organized. Will definitely be back βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ

Loved Bento historically but this was one of the worst service experiences Iβve ever had. The manager was borderline hostile to patrons and even got in a verbal altercation with another customer whose food was late. The other employees seemed to be doing their best in spite of her. All orders were significantly behind schedule. Our order took 30 minutes longer than it should have. Which would be fine-ish if the manager wasnβt openly angry and creating an uncomfortable experience for us while we waited in a full, not particularly clean restaurant. It does not seem like operations are in place for this location to remain open.

Staff is always wonderful and exceptionally kind. You canβt beat the happy hour prices from 2-5. The food is always good. All around itβs a great place to eat.

I ordered online at 6:33p. It said pick up time was to be 6:51p. I arrived late on purpose because last time I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my order. When I get there I was told it would be a few more minutes. 23 additional minutes went by AFTER the stated pick up time. All I got was excuses like "we can't control what goes on back there" meaning the kitchen. Upon my arrival at home most of my order was cold (crunch roll, egg roll, katsue chicken) and incorrect. I ordered rice and katsu chicken, they gave me noodles. I called many times to speak to someone about the error but absolutely NOBODY answered the phone. I have been going to Bentos in Gainesville for 20 years! The quality of this establishments service has heavily declined almost to the point that I dont want to frequent any of the locations. My experiences recently (within the past year or so) have been less than pleasurable. Noone offered any kind of compensation for the terrible service or cold food. I spend $40-$55 EVERY time I visit just to get horrible service and cold food.

Wow, haven't been here in a long while. It was so empty, for lunch time on a Saturday. There was only one other person dining in. The 2 employees were awesome π Attentive, pleasant and patient. The food was tasty and the presentation was nice π We were hungry and over ordered, but we love leftovers. Everything was yummy π
